Klaudia is an experienced leader, entrepreneur, and an executive performance coach. She spent several years in financial services in, moving from trading, to hedge funds, to disruptive tech, and involving management of global teams. She was named as one of ‘Women in FinTech Powerlist’ by the UK’s Innovate Finance.
Her core passion is cognitive diversity and its role as a catalyst for innovation. As the founder of Dialogue Age, Klaudia is committed to driving measurable change by empowering leaders to build high performance, diverse teams and deliver an outstanding performance. Her upcoming book, The Alchemy of Teams: Cognitive Diversity as a Catalyst for Innovation, dives into the ways neurodiversity contributes to idea generation, creativity, and innovation within organizations.
As the co-founder and president of Women in Leadership Global, a peer network uniting inspiring and accomplished female leaders across the industry, Klaudia is the blueprint and the fuel to people who are transitioning into positions of greater power and responsibility, to help them magnify their impact.
